I am a huge sports fan. Whenever I can muster up a couple extra bucks I try to make it to a game. This was my first playoff game and it was a great one! The Celtics topped the Hawks and moved on to the next round. I think I am gonna try to make it to another game before this team is blown up and the Big Three move on.
Straight up, we were all way too busy to take many pictures at the New England Metal and Hardcore Festival. However, I did snap a shot of Every Time I Die, who had a killer set. Metalfest was a blast. I saw somebody get hit by a car and some dude getting a blow job in the parking lot! Party on!
I could go on for days with what has been going on in the past few weeks. It is the biggest time of the year for us. Anyway, we were vendors at our friend Cody’s festival called “The Jamboree” in Toledo, OH. We packed the van with our friends and girlfriends! Check it out!
We went to the home of the Original Buffalo Wing, The Anchor Bar in Buffalo, NY! In my top 3 favorite foods! This was a real treat!
The majority of us have never been to Niagara Falls so we had to make a stop. Andrew, Eric, Scott, and Myself!

One of my favorite parts about doing all of this is traveling with my friends and these festivals are always jam packed with people you know or may not know. Either way, the Jamboree was a blast!

Read more →This will probably be the longest blog I have done! I just got home yesterday morning from South By South West. If you don’t know what that is, it is a huge festival in Austin, TX that has thousands and thousands of bands, artists, celebrities, movies, etc. It is out of control. I like to call it the “Music Industry’s Spring Break.” Our showcase was awesome and I networked and met with a ton of cool people. It was great getting away from New England and winter. I definitely took a ton of pictures but I want to keep this short.
Code Orange Kids was awesome. I caught them at the Topshelf Showcase and also enjoyed some Grillos Pickles.
I also saw the band Fun. at the Waterloo Records 30th Anniversary Showcase. Extremely cool record store. I definitely spent too much money there. Fun. had recently blown up because of their song “We Are Young” with the help of a car ad and Glee. I am always interested in what makes these bands blow up so suddenly. However, their new record rules and it was great seeing them. Long live The Format!
The coolest showcase I went to by far was the Mishka party. I am a huge fan of the brand. The showcase was out of control. I was able to sneak in and catch Wavves and Trash Talk. I had to leave right after Trash Talk so I missed Mobb Deep and T.I. doing a special performance. Either way, it ruled.

A very good friend of mine passed away this weekend. Tiggy was a very cool cat who resided in the woods / my buddies house in Salem, NH. I put together a collage of some of the pictures I had taken of him about a month before he passed. So please, have a moment of silence for my furry friend who has positively and sometimes negatively affected many people. RIP TIG!
